The Preserve at Savannah Lakes, in the City of Fort Pierce, is an infill development on one of the area’s last remaining large parcels of undeveloped land east of US-1. The community will offer 612 lots comprised of townhomes and paired villas planned around 40 acres of natural wetlands. The community amenities include a cabana with resort-style pool, playground, elevated boardwalk with gazebo taking residents from the clubhouse area straight to the directly adjoining Savannah’s State Park. All lots are contracted with NVR and Lennar. Project is in final planning and engineering approvals and expects to commence development in Summer 2022.
